Water pump flow is unstable.
1.The insufficient flow rate of the pump is mostly due to the air leakage of the suction pipe, the air leakage of the bottom valve or the blockage of the water inlet;
Solution: Check the air leakage source of the suction pipe and bottom valve, block the air leakage source, and clean up the sludge or blockage at the water inlet.
2.Too low voltage will lead to low speed of the clean water pump.The flow rate of the water pump is directly proportional to the speed within a certain range. Insufficient speed will directly affect the water output.
Solution: Check the voltage of power supply.
3.Air leakage in the pipeline or air in the pump body will cause insufficient pump flow;
Solution: Check the air leakage source of the pipeline and exhaust the air in the pump body.
4.The sealingring or impeller is badly After the impeller is worn, it does not conform to the standard size of the original impeller, which will lead to insufficient flow of the pump.
Solution: replace the sealing ring and impeller.
5.The depth thatthe bottom valve submerges below water is inadequate. And it is easy to suck in air when pumping, which results in insufficient flow of the pump.
Solution: Control the immersed depth of the bottom valve according to the suction head of the pump.
