The efficient no-clogging QW submersible sewage pump
QW series non-clogging submersible sewage pump is a new generation of pump product which was successfully developed on the basis of importing foreign advanced technology and combining with the characteristics of domestic water pump. It is energy-saving, anti-winding and non-clogging, besides, it can be also installed and controlled automatically.
Product Description
1.This series of pumps uses a unique impeller structure and a new mechanical seal, which can effectively transport solid particles and long-fiber waste. The pumps have single channel or double channel impellers, which are similar to elbow pipes with same cross sectional sizes, and the sewage has good flowability. Equipped with a suitable volute casing, the impeller can stand the dynamic-static balance test, and the pump will not vibrate during operation.
2. The unique single-channel or double-channel impeller structure greatly improves the sewage-passing ability, and can effectively transport the fibrous material with 5 times the diameter of the pump inlet and the solid particles with a diameter of about 50% of the pump inlet.
3. The mechanical seal is made of a new material-Tungsten Titanium. It is hard and corrosion-resisting, which can make the pump run for more than 8000 hours in a safe and continuous manner.
4. The overall structure is compact, small in size, low in noise, and has a significant energy-saving effect. The maintenance of the impeller is also convenient. Without the need to build a pump room, it can work when submerged in water, greatly reducing the cost of the project.
5. The sealing oil chamber of the pump is equipped with a high-precision anti-interference leakage detection sensor, and the stator windings are embedded with thermosensitive elements to protect the pump motor automatically.
6. We can equip a fully automatic control cabinet according to users’ needs, it can automatically protect the pump from water leakage, electric leakage and over temperature, etc., which guarantees the safety and reliability of the product.
7. The floating ball switch can automatically control the start and stop of the pump according to the change of the required liquid level.
8. The QW series pump can be equipped with a dual-rail automatic coupling system according to users’ needs, which brings greater convenience, since people do not have to enter the sewage sump for the installation and maintenance.
9. It can be used in the full head, and the motor will not overload.
10. There are two different installation methods: fixed automatic coupling installation system and mobile free installation system.
